Sometimes I don't think it's mere coincidence that I go to have my quiet time and I open up my bible only to read something that is EXACTLY what I need to hear at that very moment. This morning I read the above verse and then the accompanying scripture that came before it. Man was Job tested or what? He didn't understand why he was afflicted.....why him? So many times I ask that very same question with just the little things, only to realize that "God's thoughts aren't my thoughts, nor His ways my ways." I'm praying that I can trust God to carry me through all things so that I too can come forth as gold.
